It’s official, I’m moving! So, I’ve been to something like 16 countries and the majority of our US states… the verdict, I LOVE Charleston! I venture to title it #1 on my list of fabulous places. That being said I have decided that one day I will live here. If you haven’t been you must come. It’s a cross between London and Seattle (or something like that). It’s quaint, entirely hostipitable, bustling, modern and trendy yet historical. Best of all, it’s December and it’s 75 and sunny!

I fly home to a blistery Minneapolis today, sad! It’s been my favorite 6 days of the year and I’m thrilled I forced myself to go. For those of you who haven’t traveled in the last year I am insisting you simply must. Not for work, not for photography seminars, just for you.

Although I was the most moved by Charleston, I took the least amount of photos. Instead I just walked… and walked, and walked. Today I hurt but it’s such a worthwhile pain. So here’s a few shots of the city. I wish I could say I can’t wait to get home…
