It’s 1:00 in the morning and I couldn’t sleep if i wanted to. Today, I got the great pleasure of shooting Lisa and John’s engagement session, it was wonderful.

I drove home, called my papa and gushed about how fabulous my job is. You know those moments in life when life just makes good old happy sense? Everything that could has gone wrong this weekend has (i have a large puddle of sewage in my basement for example)!!! But, I absolutely love my job. I truly have the very best clients there ever were! Yep, pretty much all of them, I love. So if you are one of them let me say, I love you! Really, I do!

Back to Lisa and John… Honestly, I didn’t even need to be there. Some passerby could’ve done my job today. these two we’re incredibly in love! I would be changing lenses or something and there they were looking picture perfect. Couldn’t keep their hands off eachother! I wasn’t needed at all to facilitate great photos. These two are so special. They met on a mission trip to Africa (my personal goal in life), they’re both musicians, and they’re just plain old really great people.

To top it all off and make Sally nearly explode with joy… the light was perfect, every tree in the city was strait out of a Dr. Suess book with color, and hello… it was 70 degrees out!
